Farm Box Kids Summer Cooking Camp 2019--Plant Based Foodies

Farm Box Kids Cooking Camp is a fun-filled camp that will teach your kids smart cooking skills and recipes for delicious, nutritious eats! Your child will learn essential culinary skills such as safe knife handling, kitchen sanitation, recipe comprehension, as well as tips and techniques for cooking farm-fresh food as well as from-scratch desserts. Each day, students will work as a team to create a menu of several recipes, explore food science concepts, and enjoy eating their creations. Kids will also plan simple and elegant meals that are perfect for family occasions. Thursday is our popular Cupcake Challenge and Friday is our popular Culinary Olympics and Cooking Challenge.

This week will focus on cooking with the season using farm fresh produce and plant based recipes.
